Offered for the 2nd and 3rd trimester. In a sidelined position, mild to medium pressure is used based on your comfort level. Wonderful to reduce hip, low back, leg and shoulder discomfort. Can be helpful postnatal too. Please let us know when scheduling you are pregnant to ensure we have a therapist with this training available.
